1. Service and customers
IQ Home provides online home-care management software as a SaaS service to businesses and organisations acting in their business or organisational capacity. These terms are not intended for consumers.
The service provides access to the features of the ordered plan. IQ Home does not supply care, healthcare, equipment or training. Software and AI output do not replace professional judgement.
2. Orders and contract formation
An authorised representative places the order. Before accepting, the customer must receive the plan, scope, price, VAT, billing period, renewal and termination terms. The agreement includes these terms.
Online customers accept the terms and explicitly confirm a paid order. The contract is formed when IQ Home accepts the order and confirms it electronically. Free creates no payment obligation. Requesting a demo is not a paid order.
A sales representative may arrange an individual offer, including annual billing, accepted expressly by the customer electronically. Individual terms take precedence. The customer receives a retainable copy of the order and agreed terms.
3. Free plan and trial
Free covers one worker within the limits displayed at registration. It is not a time-limited paid trial.
Sales may separately grant one free month of a paid plan. Written confirmation specifies the start, end, features and subsequent price.
A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Continuing requires explicit customer confirmation. Without it, no continuation invoice is issued and paid features end. Support may arrange a move to Free if account capacity permits. Data is not deleted immediately when the trial ends.
4. Prices and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as ordered. The accepted order or individual offer determines the price. Price and VAT must be clear before a payment obligation arises.
Payment is by bank transfer to the IQ Home account above and on the invoice. Payment is due within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise. Include the invoice number in the payment reference. Invoices are available in the application; sales may arrange individual delivery.
Fees cover availability throughout the ordered period, irrespective of usage. Voluntary early cancellation or non-use does not normally entitle the customer to a refund. This does not exclude remedies for provider breach, incorrect billing or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Use, support and defects
The customer manages user permissions, data accuracy and access security and must not disclose data unlawfully, disrupt the service or circumvent plan limits.
Online support and complaints: info@iqhome.app. We provide an initial response within 24 hours of receipt. This is a response target, not a guarantee of resolution within 24 hours.
Describe the issue, time and organisation. Do not send sensitive client records by ordinary email; support will arrange an appropriate channel. Maintenance and faults can cause interruptions. A specific availability percentage requires an individual agreement.
6. Termination and data
An authorised representative requests cancellation or non-renewal through info@iqhome.app. Support verifies authority and confirms the end date. Non-renewal can be requested at any time before the next period begins. Access continues until the paid period ends unless earlier closure is expressly requested.
Renewal applies only where expressly agreed in the order. Without an explicit renewal agreement, another paid period is not automatically ordered. Price changes apply to a future period after at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity not to renew.
For 30 days after service ends, the customer may request an export through support. This does not extend paid features. Operational data is deleted within the following 30 days unless law or a valid customer instruction requires otherwise. Accounting records and necessary legal-claim records are retained separately for their applicable periods.
Residual backup copies follow provider overwrite cycles.
7. Client data and AI
For client, family-contact and staff data entered by an organisation, the customer is the controller and IQ Home processes data on its instructions.
AI pre-fills a form on an authorised user’s instruction. The user checks the output before saving; manual entry remains available. A staff checkbox does not replace the organisation’s legal basis for health-data processing or any required data-subject consent.
8. Final provisions
Software rights remain with IQ Home or the respective rights holders. Customers receive a non-exclusive right to use the ordered service; their entered data remains under their control.
Slovak law governs the agreement. Parties first seek resolution through info@iqhome.app and then the competent court. Changes are notified in advance and do not retroactively change agreed prices or periods.
These terms are effective from 24 October 2026.
